Certification Option:
All students who complete the course will receive a “Certificate of Completion”.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations received up to (7) days before the seminar are refundable, minus a $50.00 registration fee. For seminars which begin on a Saturday, the notification of intent to cancel must be received by 5:00pm EST the Saturday prior by calling Neurosomatic Sports Therapy at (727) 412-4774. Cancellations received (6) days or less before a seminar are subject to the entire workshop fee, which may be applied toward any future seminar or course offered by Neurosomatic Sports Therapy. Any registered student who is unable to attend will not receive a refund but will also have the option to apply the pre-paid amount toward any future seminar or course offered by Neurosomatic Sports Therapy. Note: If a registered student emails their intent to cancel to Neurosomatic Sports Therapy, it will not be considered received until the time/date an office staff member acknowledges receipt by an email reply.
Satisfaction Guarantee:
If a student is not satisfied after taking a class, they may request a refund. In order to qualify for a refund of their paid tuition, the student must participate in the entire workshop. Refund requests must be made at the end of the seminar on the last day of presentation. No continuing education credits or certificate of completion will be issued and all course materials must be returned. Refunds will not be given once a student physically receives his or her certificate of completion. This guarantee applies only to licensed healthcare providers who have paid the full tuition price. If the above terms are met, Neurosomatic Sports Therapy will return the student's tuition within 7-days of receiving a dissatisfaction statement and request refund.
NSF Policy:
If a registrant's bank returns their check for Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF), Haase Seminars will assess the registrant a $45 NSF fee which will become due immediately. Registrants must provide replacement funds plus any fees due prior to being reinstated into a future course.
Bank Card Payments:
As a courtesy to our students, we accept credit and debit cards for payment of tuition and products and does not charge a surcharge for this service. Should a student request a refund according to our refund policies, Neurosomatic Sports Therapy will issue tuition fees to the card originally used for payment. Refunds requested more than 120-days after original payment date will typically receive refunds by business check. IMPORTANT: It is imperative that the student not request their credit card issuer to retrieve funds rather than contacting our offices. Should a registrant request a "Charge-Back" by their bank to be reimbursed for a payment which would would be have been precluded by our refund policies, the registrant will incur a $45 administrative fee.
